Main product characteristics:
Product made from ripe, sound tomatoes with the colour, aroma and taste typical of tomato fruits through squeezing, removal of skin and seeds and partial elimination of the water from the pulp juice. The final dry residue must be between 6 and 12% net of any added salt.
How to use it:
Use as a base for sauces or for industrial reprocessing.
